Do you like your hotels hip, hot and happening? Then check in to the Prince in St. Kilda like I did right after we arrived in Melbourne but please don't pronounce all the the vowels! Say it more like Melbin! The hotel boast a great restaurant, a legendary bakery and an icy cool vodka bar. Don't forget to get up early and go for a run on the beach!
