Olsenboye is the new project from the Olsen twins. First is was there line with w.t. retailer Wal-Mart. Then....Elizabeth and James, The Row, now JC Penney. It's low, then high, then really high with the Row then back to mid to low. Gives new meaning to striking the high/low mix.
