There is a saying in life and yoga that you just have to show up. Yesterday, I went to Hot Yoga after months of not going. I did not expect miracles. I did not expect anything. The miracle that happened was that I went and did my practice on the 2nd day of the year with tons of other gorgis!
What did you do today that scared you? Now I'm going to go ride my Missoni Bike all over town.
